At approx 15:41 UTC we started seeing elevated error rates on cache misses (objects in cache were not affected) for several accounts as a result of a software configuration change. This issue was identified at approx 15:45 UTC and a fix was pushed for affected accounts resolving the issue at 15:52 UTC.
